Antonia is absolutely amazing! You immediately feel safe and relaxed in her presence and space. After an extremely stressful and emotionally hard year I needed something to shift and move. For the 1st time in months I woke up without neck ache! I didn’t mention it to anyone to start with as I couldn’t believe that after one session with Antonia my pain had gone! I had a wonderful experience with the way Antonia conducted our craniosacral therapy session.
I felt immediately safe and held through the whole session and was able to open up about my past and where I had perhaps stored trauma that needed unlocking.
Antonia was kind, patient and gentle with her approach.
I left the session feeling calm, aligned and centred in myself.

I visited Antonia for craniosacral therapy in Kew. I didn’t really know what to expect as had never had this type of therapy before but Antonia immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And her space is clean and tranquil - perfect for healing. She asked about my background health and explained a bit about craniosacral therapy.
After the session I felt grounded and incredibly calm. It’s hard to put into words but after a long time of feeling afloat Antonia’s practice felt as if she had bought me home to myself in someway - a deep, quiet sense of ease followed me the next day.
