⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived at my first Craniosacral Therapy session with a healthy degree of scepticism. My scientific brain struggled to understand how such a gentle approach could possibly have a meaningful effect. What surprised me was not just the treatment itself, but the experience as a whole. Antonia creates an environment that feels calm, safe and completely unhurried. She listens deeply and pays attention in a way that is increasingly rare. During the session I found myself dropping into a level of relaxation that I hadn't expected. Some of the observations and imagery that emerged were unexpectedly relevant and thought-provoking, despite me initially wondering whether any of it would resonate.What impressed me most was that Antonia never imposed interpretations or certainty. Instead, she approached everything with curiosity, insight and humility, allowing me to make sense of my own experience. I left feeling calmer, more grounded and with a different perspective on some of the challenges my body has been dealing with. Whether you arrive as a believer or a sceptic, I would encourage you to approach the experience with an open mind. My scientific brain still has questions about the mechanisms involved, but I can no longer deny the effect the session had on me. A genuinely fascinating and valuable experience.

Antonia is a blessing to humanity. She was everything my mind, body and soul needed to restore balance and healing. Her warmth, care, expertise and empathy were beyond my wildest expectations. She is like that fairy godmother, bestie, healer and mother we all need. I am beyond grateful to have found her. The session blew my mind and was very restorative and informative. She communicated things only I knew happened but she was able to hear it from my organs. Simply phenomenal.

Antonias ability to focus on a part of the body with such detail is credit to her knowledge, but her ability to let go of the narrative and continue holding the space is intuitive, kind, playful, sincere.
