This extended therapeutic session is ideal for people who would like more time, deeper work, or who have complex presentations.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, deeply listening approach that works with the body’s innate capacity for balance, regulation and healing.

Through light, precise touch, CST invites the nervous system to soften out of patterns of tension and protection, creating space for the body to reorganise in its own way. Rather than forcing change, we listen to what your body is already communicating - allowing it to find its own path back towards balance.

For some, this can feel like a profound sense of rest. For others, it can open the door to releasing long-held tension, reconnecting with the body, or simply remembering what it feels like to be fully themselves.

I also weave Energy Healing into my work where it feels appropriate, supporting the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of your experience as a whole.

Your first session includes an initial consultation followed by a full treatment, giving us time to understand what has brought you here and what your body may need.

The Restore Retreat (2 hrs)

Through Cranio-Sacral Therapy, nervous-system-focused bodywork and Energy Healing, we work gently and responsively with what your body is carrying - allowing space for tension to soften, the nervous system to settle and your own sense of balance to return.
There is nothing to achieve and nothing you need to perform.
This is time to stop holding everything together.
To rest.
To listen.
And perhaps, beneath all the noise, to remember who you are.
Your retreat includes an initial consultation, an extended treatment and time to rest and integrate afterwards.

Craniosacral Therapy for Babies & Children

Cranio-Sacral Therapy offers gentle, non-invasive support for babies and children at every stage of development. Using light, responsive touch, it helps ease tension in the body and nervous system—often supporting feeding, digestion, sleep, and overall settling.

Many parents find that sessions not only help their baby feel more comfortable and calm, but also bring ease and balance to the whole family. Treatments can include parents where appropriate, strengthening connection and supporting everyone’s adjustment after birth or through periods of change and growth.

Mother & New Baby Retreat

A deeply nurturing treatment experience for mother and baby - a chance to slow down, reconnect and be gently supported in the early months of motherhood. This longer session allows space for both you and your baby. I work with each of you individually, following your bodies and needs, playing close attention to the subtle ways in which a mother and baby can influence and regulate one another.

For baby, treatment may support settling, ease and more comfortable, spontaneous movement, particularly after a demanding birth or early medical experiences.

For Mother, it is a rare opportunity to be the one who is held and cared for. We can gently explore the physical and emotional effects of pregnancy, birth, feeding, carrying during those early months. Feeding, cuddling, changing and pauses are all completely welcome.

This is the time to breathe, soften and reconnect - together.

Partners and fathers are very welcome too. If you'd like both parents to receive treatment, please get in touch with me directly and we can arrange an additional appointment alongside your Mother & Baby Retreat.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy - Home Visit

A deeply restorative CST treatment in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Working with gentle, precise touch, I support your nervous system to settle, release tension and reconnect with its natural rhythm - allowing your body the space to soften, reorganise and restore.

There is no journey home afterwards, no rushing back into the world. You can simply stay where you are, rest, and allow the treatment to unfold.

Home visits are available within my local area.

Distant Energy & Cranio-Sacral Therapy

A gentle, remote session offering space for deep rest, regulation and reconnection from wherever you are.
Working through focused presence and energetic connection, I invite the same qualities of listening and spaciousness that underpin my hands-on CST practice. This can be a beautiful option when an in-person session isn't possible, or when you feel drawn to receiving the work from the comfort of your own space.
Your session takes place remotely, with time afterwards to rest and integrate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived at my first Craniosacral Therapy session with a healthy degree of scepticism. My scientific brain struggled to understand how such a gentle approach could possibly have a meaningful effect. What surprised me was not just the treatment itself, but the experience as a whole. Antonia creates an environment that feels calm, safe and completely unhurried. She listens deeply and pays attention in a way that is increasingly rare. During the session I found myself dropping into a level of relaxation that I hadn't expected. Some of the observations and imagery that emerged were unexpectedly relevant and thought-provoking, despite me initially wondering whether any of it would resonate.What impressed me most was that Antonia never imposed interpretations or certainty. Instead, she approached everything with curiosity, insight and humility, allowing me to make sense of my own experience. I left feeling calmer, more grounded and with a different perspective on some of the challenges my body has been dealing with. Whether you arrive as a believer or a sceptic, I would encourage you to approach the experience with an open mind. My scientific brain still has questions about the mechanisms involved, but I can no longer deny the effect the session had on me. A genuinely fascinating and valuable experience.

I cannot recommend Antonia more highly. She is an extremely knowledgeable and empathetic practitioner who makes you feel seen and held. It really is amazing how such subtle light touch has a profound effect on the body. I felt my nervous system moving into a place of safety and calm after each session and I think that her work really helped me in my long Covid recovery. Just go!
